Last Workout before the Holidays! (Dec. 17)

Come to our last workout this Friday the 17th!! We will resume again on January 7th.

We are going to do a minimum of 3 miles while working out our bootcamp style activites along the way. Bring shoes you don't mind getting muddy again, water, and energy! Can't wait to see you all there.

Great Workout yesterday!

Awesome work ladies! We did a bunch of core, legs, and stairs this week and I'm feeling it today! We did enough dips to get every muscle sore in my arms and shoulders.

UP FOR NEXT WEEK: We will hit the road next Friday (usually between 3-4 miles) and still do plenty of bootcamp like activities along the way to tone the entire body. Look forward to dips, pushups, sit ups, planks, jumping and hopping, lunges, wall sits, etc. It will certainly get your metabolism going the rest of the day.

Bootcamp this Friday (Dec. 3rd)

Let's kick start this holiday season with a 1 1/2 mile jog, stairs, legs, and core. Make sure to bring shoes you don't mind getting muddy in and bring WATER!! This will be a calorie burning workout that will keep your mind active too. I can't wait to see you!

Awesome workout today

We really had a great bootcamp style workout today. Running a total of 3.6 miles, we snuck in front and side lunges, planks, pushups, dips, and wall sits. Well done ladies!!

Next week is off due to Thanksgiving, but get ready to come on Dec. 3rd at 8:30am. It will be the perfect way to rev up your metabolism before Christmas and jumpstart your New Year's Resolution. Can't wait to see you there!

Today and Next Week (Nov. 19)

Our warm up today was a 1 1/2 mile jog and we are making such progress! Core work, step ups, chest, and back excercises rounded up the rest of the workout... not including our little stair and trail run around the property. Great job today and be sure to continue working out the rest of the week!

Cardio Bootcamp: Next week we are going to double the running mileage, while still getting in weight bearing/strength cicuits.

Anybody training for a 5k, half marathon, marathon? Or always wanted to run one?

We can start a running program for anyone interested in running a 5k, half marathon, or marathon. I am available Fridays at 9:30am. Otherwise, you can just use the 8:30am bootcamp class as a perfect cross training day that is EXTREMELY important in the training program. Cross training helps work all the other muscles you are not using in running and thus keeping those injuries from cropping up weeks before the race day.

For those of you needing extra encouragment, we can start a Fallbrook Bootcamp group to run a local 5k race. (3 miles) That would be a great goal for all the ladies!

recap from today

Awesome workout today! Stairs, hills, lunges, core, etc.... The kids even got to run outside on the Tennis court. Thanks for such an exciting and fun class! Make sure to drink that H2O and stretch out those legs tomorrow. If you are really sore, a walk or slow jog will help you be more mobile. See you next Friday!

We are doing a workout this Wed at 1:30pm because I'm leaving on Thursday for vacation. As soon as I get back next week we will continue our Friday 8:30am workouts.

This Week's Workout:

Get ready for this Friday's workout! Rain or Shine!

October 22, 8:30-9:30am
10 dollars per workout and an extra 5 for each child needing childcare

We have a fun training session this week. Welcome new "Booters!"
Here's the breakdown:
5-10 min Warm-Up and loosen up

20 min: circuits focusing on balance and full body toning: -Core exercises: various isometric and strength building
-Chest/Back with stability ball and weights/bands
-Lunges/Squats with weights and Bosu Ball

30 min: road and trail run with bootcamp like activites as we go

5 min: Cool down, myofacial release (foam rolling), and stretching to gain flexibility (depending on time)
Please bring a small towel, water, and comforable running shoes

*We have a load of new "Booters" and that is AWESOME!! Don't worry... we will break you in!
*I am currently working on childcare for Friday-I will post soon to confirm
