It's a "you chose" Friday workout, Feb. 11

Last week we took the day off due to out of town, illness, etc.....

But we are right back at it this Friday! You have two choices. A mostly aerobic workout... over 3 miles with various activites to break it up OR the typical warm up and then pump up the iron during circuits. Come prepared for your opinion! I'm the tie breaker....

Bootcamp this Friday (Jan. 21st)

Awesome job last week! We did about 2 1/2 miles and also 20 min of weight training.... a good combo of weight bearing moves and cardio.

This Friday our plan is to do the traditional one mile warm up and then proceed to do group circuits and stairs. I think you will really like the butt and core workout planned.

Be sure to bring shoes you don't mind getting muddy, water, and a towel if you want.

Bootcamp on Friday, Jan 7th!

Come join us for an awesome workout to jumpstart the new year!!!

My plan is to hit the road and incorporate different cross training exercises to work every muscle in the body. A combination of running and strength (using body weight) exercises will burn tons of calories and give you a wonderful boost of energy all day.

Bring water, running shoes, and a few layers. It starts out cold in the morning but you might want to bring something you can keep around your waist easily.

I'm open to race suggestions! It would be awesome to run a 5k together soon. Let me know if you have any ideas and I'll come up with some.
