Bootcamp this Friday (Jan. 21st)

Awesome job last week! We did about 2 1/2 miles and also 20 min of weight training.... a good combo of weight bearing moves and cardio.

This Friday our plan is to do the traditional one mile warm up and then proceed to do group circuits and stairs. I think you will really like the butt and core workout planned.

Be sure to bring shoes you don't mind getting muddy, water, and a towel if you want.
